For your consideration is this rare 1972 Omega Speedmaster Professional ref: 145.022-71 "No NASA"
Serial: 32.2XX.XXX

Condition Report:

Dial: This example sports an absolutely mint and stunning step dial. The patina is super attractive. Tritium plots are in excellent+ shape do not show any degradation or discoloration.

Hands: Original Tritium hands in excellent shape and match the dial perfectly. Non of the 6 hands show any evidence of ever being removed (tool pressure marks or chipped white paint which is typical on Speedmasters that have been disassembled at some point)

Case: 'HF' asymmetrical case. Case is unpolished, yet shows honest wear. The lugs are sharp and thick.

Caseback: The caseback is sharp & unpolished, and does not bear the famous "FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON..." engraving. Hence referred to as the "No NASA" 145.022-71. The caseback has no service markings.

Crown & pushers: Original crown. Original pushers.

Bezel: Super clean DNN bezel in excellent condition. Shows only minor wear.

Bracelet: Omega 1175 dated 10/73 with 47 end links. The bracelet is showing some stretch.

Movement: Omega Cal 861. The movement is super clean and all screws appear to have never been turned since the watch left the factory. In addition to the lack of service marking on the caseback, and the hands showing no evidence of ever being removed, I would say it is safe to say that this watch has never been serviced. The watch is running and the chronograph works. Would most likely benefit from a service.

Accessories: Omega Extract Of The Archives has been ordered.

Notes: Overall and honest and untouched 145.022-71 "No NASA" with a very fine dial, and stunning patina.
